About - Privacy Policy.

This privacy policy describes how PlayBix (referred to collectively in this policy as 'we', us' and 'our') collect, use, process and share information that we collect about you. If you choose to use our product (including games, websites, advertising activities and other services), it means that you acknowledge and accept the terms of the existing content and probably updating content.

Our games are build using Cocos2d-x game engine. This tool implements an interface to request a devices’ Device ID and the Advertising ID. We don't use these interfaces in our games, and have confirmed through various tests.

General – Gaming Privacy Policy

  • We only collect information necessary to provide and improve our games, such as Device ID, Advertising ID and operating system information, through AdMob SDK. The same is disclosed in our App Content details under "Advertising ID".

  • - Our gaming apps do not store any data in our server in any form.
  • - Our games recommend a steady internet connection.
  • - We do not collect any kind of data from the users without their permission.
  • - We do not use or copy any audio, picture, or video in our games that are third party’s intellectual property.

How we use your data?

  • Third-Party Services Data - Our Apps may use third-party services such as Google Play Services, AdMob, Firebase, and others that may collect user data as per their respective privacy policies.

    We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


    Kids – Gaming Privacy Policy [COPPA]

    • Our gaming apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from kids from the apps/games specifically built for children. All our kids' games are COPPA compliant.
    • We do not collect any personal information from our kids' games, nor do we use any SDKs that collect such information.
    • We prohibit kids from actively and directly providing us with personal information or leaving the app (when clicked on ads) without parental consent.

    • We do not show any ads that are not suitable for kids. The ads in our kids' games are rated G (as per AdMob) – G: "General audiences." Content suitable for all audiences, including families and children.

    • If you are a legal guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at playbixgames@gmail.com and we will take necessary action.
